As a State of California and Apple certified instructor, I taught a 4-week class on Post Production. The students were taught how to use Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack Pro, Motion, Livetype, Photoshop and DVD Studio Pro, while working on 3 out-of-class projects (a commercial, music video and trailer). After completing my class, the students were well prepared for the Final Cut Pro certification tests.
